Symptoms of a bladder infection are:
- a burning sensation or pain during urination
- an urgent need to urinate,
- frequent urination
- cloudy and strongly odorous urine,
- abdominal pain.
The active substance is D-mannose, which is already naturally present in the human metabolism. D-Mannose binds to E. coli bacteria and prevents them from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract. The bacteria can then be easily eliminated from the body during urination.
