Bayer Health Euphytose Night 20 Sachets is a food supplement based on melatonin and 5 plants (orange leaf, linden, chamomile, peppermint, sage):
- bitter orange leaf, a plant with many natural virtues, is known for its soothing and relaxing properties. It is also known to contribute to a restful sleep;
- melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1mg of melatonin before bedtime. It is secreted naturally by the body in response to the absence of light and creates the sensation of sleep and helps to fall asleep more quickly.
This infusion doesn't create any dependence or addiction.
